Hammer
Toes
Hammer toes are changes in the small toe joints often caused by poor feet biomechanics.
Unbalanced muscle contraction during walking and running can cause the bone structure to become rigid over time and painful. Early-diagnosed hammer toes can be treated with functional orthotics, however, in more severe cases, bone surgery may be required.
